I would love new brows but I'm scared!

Updated: Oct 15

We all love the idea of fuss-free brows but we understand that taking the step to book an appointment and have the treatment can be very daunting. The greatest worry is not knowing how our new brows will look. We have a few tips to help put you back in control and relieve any fears:

  1. Choose a microblading artist whose work you like the look of. There are various techniques and ‘looks’ a semi permanent makeup artist can create for the eyebrow, ranging from hair-like strokes to a shaded powdered look. Of all the factors to consider when choosing where to book microblading, we recommend that selecting an artist who creates brows similar to the look you are going for, should be a top priority.

  2. Ask questions! There is no such thing as a silly question. At The Face Frame we ensure our clients fully understand the treatment before we begin and that you are happy to proceed.

  3. The consultation portion of your treatment will involve pigment shade selection and drawing out a shape for your new brows. If you are unsure of the colour or shape, don’t be afraid to voice this to your artist. Tweaks can be made before undertaking the microblading itself. You will guide each other to creating brows you are happy with.
