Microblading London 20/12/21

Updated: Dec 23, 2021

A day in the life of a microblading artist in London.

Yesterday I opened my clinic in the evening due to high demand of appointment requests before Christmas. I've got to say, I didn't mind working a late night shift!

I made a stop at Oxford Street before heading in to work. I had to pop into the The Sunglasses Hut as the arms on my new sunglasses were not aligned properly. Did you know that when sunglasses are kept in their leather case for a while, the acetate arms can change position? Apparently they need heat to readjust...The staff were super helpful in realigning them for me, no quibbles, which is a relief for me as I tend to really dread taking faulty items back....

I managed to get a glimpse of the famous Christmas lights running down Oxford Street/Regent Street and it made me feel so festive...in fact, it's probably the first time I felt festive this year!

The Face Frame microblading London is just a brisk 15-20 minute walk away from the heart of the shops, giving me and my clients the luxury of window shopping to and from the clinic!

My last client of the evening had microblading done 2-3 years ago and came to see me because they had faded. My microblading London clinic was easy for her to get to as she works in the city.

It was close to 8pm by the time we finished. My client was super happy with the outcome. I love getting immediate positive feedback.

So, by the time I closed up the clinic it was 8.30pm, I was absolutely starving!

I've been so good with my diet lately, but I couldn't fight the temptation and ended up with the most unhealthy meal for dinner - cheesy chips from Leon!

To be fair, it was between perfectly cooked chips, draped in cheese or a medley of sweetcorn and aubergine...I guess most people would have opted for cheesy chips, wouldn't they? Anyway, my excuse is that I worked out in the morning and did lots of walking so I guess I had burned off enough calories to eat it (hehe).

I arrived home around 9.30pm, but work was not finished yet...i had to do a little bit of admin before completely switching off! Needless to say, it was a lovely evening and that's all for this microblading London diary entry.
