Can I book if I have had previous microblading elsewhere?

Updated: May 2, 2022

Microblading can be repeated as semi permanent makeup fades over time. It is performed again to freshen the colour and redefine strokes. Some changes may also be made to tweak the colour or shape of the brow as desired. If you an are existing client of The Face Frame, you may book a Boost appointment for the purpose of maintaining your semi permanent makeup. We typically recommend boost appointments approximately every 12-18 months to keep your brows looking their best.

For corrective work, we need to assess your existing semi permanent makeup before agreeing to carry out further microblading. In some cases, we may recommend you wait until your existing pigment fades further, or opt to have a removal service before new brows can be created, as it may be difficult to see new results on skin already saturated with pigment.

If you are new to The Face Frame but have had semi permanent makeup before, we ask that you send us clear photos of your existing brows before booking an appointment. This is to give us an opportunity to give you treatment options best suited for you. Please send emails to rachael@thefaceframe.com. We hope to help you!
